We currently ship to New Zealand, Australia, and the USA. All orders are dispatched from New Zealand.

New Zealand Shipping:

• Free shipping for orders over NZ$80.

• A flat shipping rate of NZ$7.50 applies to orders under NZ$80.

• GST of 15% will be added to the order total.

• Shipping costs are based on the total value of physical items in your cart; gift cards do not count towards shipping costs.

While we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery, depending on your location. If you haven’t received your order within 10 working days of placing it, feel free to reach out.

Australia Shipping:

• Free shipping for orders over AU$100.

• A flat shipping rate of AU$19.95 applies to orders under AU$100.

• GST of 10% will be added to the order total.

• Shipping costs apply to the physical items in your cart; gift cards do not contribute to shipping.

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, shipping can take 7-10 working days, depending on your location. For any issues or delays, please allow 14 working days before contacting us.

USA Shipping:

• Shipping is charged by weight at NZ$30 per 0.5kg. The total shipping cost will be calculated and shown during checkout.

• Shipping delays: Due to limited airline capacity between NZ and the USA, shipping may take up to 21 days. Please allow at least 3 weeks for delivery during this time.

• Shipping costs apply only to the physical items in your cart; gift cards do not contribute to the shipping total.
